Due to the nature of analytical-grade biochemical reference standards and laboratory research materials, all sales are subject to the following policy. Please read carefully before placing a research order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for unopened items in original condition within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact us at support@corechemlabs.com with your order number and reason for return. Returned items must be in original, sealed packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used research materials
- Items that have been removed from cold-chain packaging
- Custom or special-order materials
- Items more than 30 days past delivery date
- Items that appear to have been tampered with or misused
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@corechemlabs.com with your order number and photo documentation. We will review and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or credit.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within [TODO(client): X] business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Cold-Chain Orders
Research materials shipped with cold-chain packaging require prompt receipt and proper storage. CoreChem Labs is not responsible for degradation caused by delayed acceptance, improper handling, or failure to follow indicated storage requirements after delivery.
6. Research Use Acknowledgment
By placing an order, buyers affirm that all materials will be used exclusively for qualified in-vitro laboratory research. CoreChem Labs reserves the right to decline returns or refunds if there is evidence of misuse or non-research application.
