Please read these Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) carefully before placing a research order with CoreChem Labs (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

1. Research Use Only

All materials sold by CoreChem Labs are supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical method development, identity verification, and laboratory evaluation by qualified research customers. Materials are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration of any kind.

2. Qualified Buyer Requirement

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are a qualified researcher or authorized institutional buyer; (c) you are purchasing exclusively for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research or analytical purposes; and (d) you will not resell or transfer materials for human or veterinary use.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by CoreChem Labs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including without limitation if we have reason to believe the materials will not be used for their stated qualified research purpose.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is available to qualified research customers upon account review. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to modify pricing without notice.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped via our logistics provider. Free shipping is available on qualifying research orders over $175.00. Cold-chain packaging is applied where applicable. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. Due to the nature of research materials, returns may be limited. Unopened items in original condition may be eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, subject to review. Opened or used research materials are not eligible for return.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Materials are provided “as is” for research purposes only. CoreChem Labs makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding fitness for any particular purpose other than qualified in-vitro laboratory research. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoreChem Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our materials.

Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the CoreChem Labs website, including text, images, and documentation, is the property of CoreChem Labs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law
